I had to tell that I had an excellent experience at RBC with my advisor, Galyna Boretska. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly put my interests first. Extremely poor service with zero sense of care for clients. I worked with mortgage specialist William Lee at the RBC 661 University Ave branch and was very disappointed with the service. Communication was unclear, the information provided was contradictory, and the process was poorly handled. As a long-time RBC client, this experience has led us to lose confidence in the bank, and we are moving all of our banking away from RBC.
