Extremely poor service with zero sense of care for clients. I worked with mortgage specialist William Lee at the RBC 661 University Ave branch and was very disappointed with the service. Communication was unclear, the information provided was contradictory, and the process was poorly handled. As a long-time RBC client, this experience has led us to lose confidence in the bank, and we are moving all of our banking away from RBC.
Excellent experience at this branch. It's a different kind of banking experience, with no tellers and a more warm, individualized banking experience. I came in for a deposit and was assisted by the very pleasant Waheeda. While I was with her, I inquired about other information, and out comes, the branch manager, Khadeeja, who stepped out to welcome me and offer additional assistance.
