Went to wire money to certain country and ask to pay 45$ .I only transferring 50$ to the bank in Saudi Arabia.I asked Manager if I can see her and maybe adjust the amount needed online and decline to meet me.Very poor customer service.Not using the branch anymore.
Customer service just awful. Came to resolve an issue with account restriction twice because first time didn’t help. Happened to be with the same teller and she was very rude, I asked for manager which of course wasn’t at work. I cannot use my money for two weeks already, because some branch thought I’m spending too much of my own money and completely restricted my access, I can’t even sign in. She called my home branch with no answer on the other end, after provided me with phone number of the branch where is no one picking... read more
If it’s 0 star then i give them that… very poor service and have no respect for customers especially this branch…
