The service here is terrible. I don't know if they are super slow or just incredibly understaffed. There is a line up every time I go in... evenings, weekends, work hours, it doesn't matter. The set up is such that staff always have to walk back and forth from their station to the back. 50/50 shot of whether the teller you get will be courteous.

Very disappointed with the branch manager at this location. She was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive during my visit. As an RBC client, I expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately that was not the case here.
