Today I was 14th at the St. Albert (Bellerose Drive) branch. in line with 8 people and a growing number behind me - to pick up a replacement credit card. 3 tellers not working that hard. Out comes a guy from the back with a laptop. He goes to the last guy in line and asks him what he needs and the guy tells him and laptop guy takes him to the back.
