Can’t say that I had a good experience at this branch of RBC when I went in to enquire about a matter. I found out that my social insurance was keyed in incorrect when I first opened an account years ago . I had a photo of my social insurance on my phone which was rejected even with my drivers ID and client card on hand. I was told to come back with my social insurance card. As a tax paying citizen, I would think that being denied to correct my social insurance number which was at no fault mine, showed poor customer service.
I would strongly recommend if anyone looking for financial advisor and mortgage specialist please meet Md Omar Nahid bank advisor and Tanya Sai Senior mortgage specialist. Both of them doing a great job and helped me while I was stressed with many loans.
Had a great experience with Zac. He helped with handling the estate for both my grandparents. Over a year and a half he was our contact for anything related to the accounts. Always followed up quickly and was very polite. Glad we had someone we could rely on during that time to be as efficient as possible.
Waited in line for 20 minutes. Sadly, RBC would not let me deposit a bank draft, drawn up at my bank (Scotia) into a family members account as I was not a RBC client. The family member was currently out of the country and needed access to the funds.
