I can not believe the lack of service this bank has ? I have to say I am glad I have my banking though TD and only my mortgage at RBC which I am probably going to move. I have missed my lunch 3 times do to lack of clerks for service . The phone robot is never help full!!! I called and I do not have a client card so would not let me speak to an actual person ? I've Banked with RBC for about 20 years. I would love to give them a higher rating. I will not, and here are my reasons. I show up to renew my mortgage, 1. The customer in front of me in line talking to one of the tellers, the teller was short and very rude to this gentleman. Always only 1 worker and 30 people lined up and the worker is always clueless
Constantly and consistently understaffed, with untrained employees. RBC has turned into an inept and financial institution. After over 30 years, I've decided to move on. Multiple issues with their online banking platform, understaffed branches, employees without any meaningful training, a serious privacy breach, account irregularities, and on, and on, and on.
