Line up to the door and there are 4 boys in sweater vests giggling not even tending to customers ..terrible service, pick another bank lol
Don't bank with rbc or invest. if you plan on doing trading there unreliable they don't have the right prices and randomly won't let you bye premarket or afterhours so you'll miss out on making money or loose it all. Don't waste your time
Worst bank branch I've ever been too. Constantly slow, understaffed, clearly not trained personnel. It's been like this for years. Went today thinking "maybe things have changed". Literally walked out of a line that hasnt moved and drove up the road to another branch to get a simple task done. Whoever is managing this branch should be embarrassed.
This location wastes your time, the teller was training another staff member and I was trying to deposit a cheque that says both mine and my wife's name with &/or on it, at this branch they said I can't cash it without my wife but when I go to another branch they say its fine for me to cash it because it says OR. Also wouldn't let me submit direct investing related paperwork here because direct investing doesn't have a physical location (makes no sense) and told me to call the support number, after calling the support line t... read more
I can not believe the lack of service this bank has ? I have to say I am glad I have my banking though TD and only my mortgage at RBC which I am probably going to move. I have missed my lunch 3 times do to lack of clerks for service . The phone robot is never help full!!! I called and I do not have a client card so would not let me speak to an actual person ? I am do for my mortgage but have no desire to deal with RBC and the lack of service provided any further . I will be going once again on my lunch but will be demanding ... read more
