Always only 1 worker and 30 people lined up and the worker is always clueless
Constantly and consistently understaffed, with untrained employees. RBC has turned into an inept and financial institution. After over 30 years, I've decided to move on. Multiple issues with their online banking platform, understaffed branches, employees without any meaningful training, a serious privacy breach, account irregularities, and on, and on, and on. I use the after hours debit machines 95% of the time works great. When I do go see and investment advisor ect things go well no concerns . friendly helpful staff .
