A bank who so not care about customers ! Only it's interests and benefits are matter!
Not an RBC customer first of all. Booked appointment to apply for the low interest Visa card from the moment I stepped in I was treated like a nobody even though I dressed properly but that’s not the point. The security guard treated me like I was a criminal and then none of the staff acknowledged me. The customer service person who I sat with said as indifferent and going through the motions at that point I cut the meeting short as I knew I didn’t want any of their services. I recently met with Leonida Tushaj regarding an account configuration issue that couldn't be resolved during my initial visit. Not only did she proactively follow up and fix the issue on her own time, but the actual interaction with her was entirely distinct. I am very disappointed with my experience with RBC Business Banking. I applied for a new business credit card and specifically asked if I could continue using my current card until the new one arrived. I was assured that I could. However, after waiting more than a month, I still had not received the new card, and RBC closed my existing business credit card account without any notice!!!
