this is the worst RBC branch. long waits!
This location is not maintaining any kind of proper customer services procedures and not even maintaining a good banking relationship. They never care about clients' waite time. If there's a long line even10 people on line, the manager or advisors should come out and help moving the line ASAP. They rather stay come inside their counters/rooms despite caring a client’s wait time. Yesterday, I went to this bank after being instructed telephonically by a RBC banking advisor to go to a local bank to have my client card sent out. I had gone to another RBC on King St earlier and did not want to go back because I didn’t receive the help I needed.
