Isaac Amoakoh at RBC was very professional, efficient, and helpful. He made cashing my checks and exchanging coins quick and easy. Wait times were quite long though, likely due to short staffing, but the service itself was excellent.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sarna Gurleen Kaur at this RBC branch. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and irresponsible. I requested a monthly statement, which I had already asked for the previous day. I also informed her that my debit card was misplaced somewhere at home and clearly told her I was ready to provide any additional verification or documents required.
