Their hours are ridiculous. I work weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and this branch is always closed before I can get there. Also, when I deposited a money order into my RBC chequing account, one of the tellers (who seemed to be the manager) told me it would take 4 to 5 business days before I could access the funds. Later that same day, I found out that wasn't true. I was able to withdraw and use the money immediately. Should be an option for zero Stars. Riddled with incompetence. The people working here lack consistent training. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else but here. The branch manager is loud and insufferable.
They have 2 staff working a branch in the middle of downtown location. Unbelievable. You would think they have enough money to hire more than 2 people. They said their staff are on lunch. When do you think people have time to bank - on their lunch! Time to switch banks!
I felt so well taken care of from start to finish. A truly sincere and professional team.
