David is a branch manager. Rude and not professional at all. Maybe he should take training in Customer service
The manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He did not listen to my concerns at all and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am also aware that other customers have had similar complaints about him.

Incredibly unhelpful and frustrating experience. The teller Mathew was professional and helpful, but the branch manager was brusque, dismissive, and unhelpful. Cannot believe the attitude. The other negative reviews make sense. If some RBC regional exec is reading these, you need to clean house. I want to put more words, but it's difficult to convey how poorly my issue was handled. Genuinely considering closing my RBC account because of this woman.
Very disappointment with this branch and RBC in general. The service has declined tremendously, they are not accommodating to clients and they bar access to our money behind internal policies and also have micro-aggressions towards people of colour doing business with them. I will be seeking other banking alternatives.
