Incredibly unhelpful and frustrating experience. The teller Mathew was professional and helpful, but the branch manager was brusque, dismissive, and unhelpful. Cannot believe the attitude. The other negative reviews make sense. If some RBC regional exec is reading these, you need to clean house. I want to put more words, but it's difficult to convey how poorly my issue was handled. Genuinely considering closing my RBC account because of this woman.
Very disappointment with this branch and RBC in general. The service has declined tremendously, they are not accommodating to clients and they bar access to our money behind internal policies and also have micro-aggressions towards people of colour doing business with them. I will be seeking other banking alternatives.
It's 9:30 and they didnt open it
This location the tellers are less helpful than you rolling your own coins .. tellers who undermine you for attempting to deposit money .. I won’t come back this location ever .
The representative names Nitya Kumma supper inpatient and not professional, she kept trying to refuse giving services to any customers, as an RBC employee, she should be fired!
