Mathew very bad service he should respect poor people.
I had a very pleasant experience with Yuemei Zhang and the receptionist guy with the French accent. The entire process was very fast and smooth! Maybe because I went on a weekday 10:30AM?
Really nice location even if small. Not sure what is up with all the 1 stars but probably just the area in general. I've been using RBC for more then 5 years and switched to this branch months ago, no issues.
David is a branch manager. Rude and not professional at all. Maybe he should take training in Customer service
The manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He did not listen to my concerns at all and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am also aware that other customers have had similar complaints about him.
