Nice people, slow service always a big lineup.
I wish i can give them -5 stars, I'm ok with poor parking and long waiting line. But the staff in this location don't even know how to process my request properly. I find out myself by calling RBC customer service. They forgot to ask me to sign the request paperwork, then my request was rejected by RBC head office. However RBC head office emailed them the rejection and asking for signed paperwork, they just ignored and never contact me. Avoid this location if you can.
Worst bank ever so slow !!!!
