These guys aren’t very good. Tried to open a business account here and got no paper work and took forever. Once it was set up to make matters worse the accountant they assigned to me gave me the wrong client card number and I couldn’t even access my account for a while. Then proceeded to duck and dodge my calls and emails. Word of advice. They were nice people but very unprofessional I’d go to a different location that actually prioritizes my business.
Wilma is the absolute best teller and all staff at the front desk are kind and quick to complete my transactions. I think the negative reviews are bank policies/rules that exceed the staff who are just trying to protect your assets
I've been banking with RBC bank for more then 2 years for my business and i never had my cheques hold. So yesterday i visited RBC branch at( 40 Taunton Rd E, whitby,ON L1R 0A1 )and had the worst experience ever. This Teller at the RBC branch was telling (SYLVIA ) me she was going to hold my Cheque. Doesn't she check her system if the Cheque was ever hold on my account. People like this should be focus on their work. Nice branch and helpful employees!
I have tried multiple times to contact my investment advisor and I have received no response. They will not return any communication (email, voicemails or text messages). Only time I was spoken to was opening the account. Very disappointing and will close this account as soon as I can. Unacceptable
