I had some rlly niche issues opening my account and everything but Daniel Okonkwo from the liberty village branch REALLY helped me!! He was absolutely brilliant and super informative. He really knew how to help a very niche problem! Thanks for all your help Daniel!!
RBC Liberty Village has gone out of its way to make basic customer service nearly impossible. Reaching a real person to answer routine banking questions feels like trying to crack a safe without a combination. You’re constantly redirected to an automated system that offers zero assistance, and when you try the branch directly, the voicemail is always full — assuming it even works.
