I want to be clear that my concerns are not with any specific branch staff member, but with RBC’s wider policies, internal processes, and upper management. Slow, outdated process, paper dependency, oh and slooooow. Slow.
Very disappointing experience at the Liberty Village RBC Royal Bank branch. We went to open a small business account and the representative made inappropriate assumptions about our status and gave inaccurate information about credit cards. He then directly suggested we should open our account at TD instead of RBC. The interaction felt discriminatory, dismissive, and highly unprofessional.
