Trying to get past the virtual assistant via the telephone is impossible and it keeps asking me the same questions over and over and never transfers me to a live voice. ABLSOLUTELY completely USELESS! Going to the instore is the exact opposite. They are so accommodating, professional, friendly and helpful.
This is the worst RBC I have ever been too… none of the staff at the front are trained in any customer service functions or basic customer service skills… me observing as I sit here and watch them interact with other RBC clients… and I fully just watched this guy (a staff member) pick his nose, where am I right now?!?! Manager doing power tussle with a client is just very funny. I don’t know who hire these people and exactly where from.
The service here is so slow and inefficient.
Was it just this day or do people usually have to wait over 30 minutes in line? I haven't seen a line move this slowly at a bank ever. Added: well... we just passed the 1hr mark, waiting in line.
