This ATM issue is easily fixed. Hire a security guard for a certain number of hours a day, after business hours. Done. ATMs were originally built for after hours. It makes no sense your customers do not have that option. That would extend your customer's ability to use your ATM, which should be a given. Compromise. Or do what other banks do in the area, think about their customers and build an outside option.
No ATM access when closed. Doesn't open on Sunday so no ATM. They tell you to go to the nearest location. One of them is a freaking conveince store, which wasnt working last time I was there. The other option is roncesville, which is only 20 min bus ride or 40 minute walk. Thats a lovely way treat costumer especially parents with small children or the physically disabled. Its Obvious RBC liberty village doesn’t value or care about customers. Locking up their ATM and not providing a machine outside for customers who work 9-5.. this lack of consideration and accommodation will be the reason i’m moving my money and switching banks to TD.
This location sucks, I'd give zero stars if I could No ATMs available majority of the time (they lock them up so customers can't use them)... so dumb
