I wish it would exist 0.5 star to give to this bank. Staff is always in no rush, always cool to keep clients for 30 minutes about every minor or big question. It is purely visible how staff deliberately slowing down when seeing wait line of 2-3 people to make clients to walk away. Always understaffed, never saw 4 people taking clients the same time.
This is the worst branch I’ve ever been to. The tellers are extremely rude and unhelpful. They only have 2 tellers at this location. This is why people don’t go to banks, absolutely terrible customer service. You are literally waiting in line for 30 to 40 minutes for a simple banking task. The branch manager is a useless.
Not 24 hours ATM, locked even at 8pm during weekdays, do not go to this one.
