Bad customer service
Any company who treats customers like that should know that people will be made aware of how their treat their customers.
I had been going to the RBC branch and the bank Teller Anders did the good job. The brand should give Anders some job appreciation. 👏
Update : I was at the branch with another advisor this time, Mahir Tuli, very arrogant, very rude. Lacked the knowledge necessary to make the right transaction. I asked him questions and I was amazed at the fake confidence he showed until he called a colleague louis or lucas to verify that what I wanted could be done. The advisors here make mistakes and give wrong advice. If you don’t have knowledge just say so instead of playing around with the client. Not expected from a financial institution. First gauri parab had done a few mistakes with my account transactions and then I decided to switch my advisor all together. But now this advisor, peiting wu is also giving wrong advice! I had to follow up with multiple people to get things right. Such a waste of time.
