Slowest branch in the history of when banks came into existence…holy moly.
Don't waste your time going to this branch. After I told the teller many times what exactly I needed done, I was told he knew better and then he made a mistake. I came the next day to have them correct the mistake as it was very time sensitive issue. I was told the manager can not see me until 3 hours later for a time sensitive issue that they made a mistake on. Have been a customer at this branch for 6 months now and the experience has consistently been poor. There is always a long wait with very few tellers, often with multiple tellers helping a single customer or other branch employees standing around saying they’re unable to help. The branch hours are also incredibly inconvenient. I would not recommend this branch and have considered switching banks just because of my experience here.
Completely incompetent staff, 4 tellers dealing with one customer ahead of me held up the line for 20 minutes. Additionally the staff had to call 2 separate help lines in order to assist me. Also there was a fire alarm or something going off the entire time I was there that no staff paid attention to. If you're thinking of going to this location for assistance, don't. You're better off calling the help line and waiting on hold for the day.
Only 2 people work here and the waiting time is super long
