The wait time is insanepy long always long lines and there's always st least 2 wickets unavailable.
Disgusting experience here being dehumanized by an employee (middle-aged black man with glasses) who was loudly mocking my appearance while the woman who served me and the teller next to her both held back smiles. Loser behaviour, grow up.
I was told I couldn’t deposit a cheque into a lawyers account. I went to another RBC branch I was able to do it. They couldn’t explain why the lawyer had 100s of clients with no problem and why it to be an issue here. They also had an issue of getting a hold of their manager. Wasted my time at this branch waiting and then being refused service
I visited this branch in person in May 2025 to close my accounts and left believing that this had been done. However, I continued to receive emails related to my accounts and later learned that two accounts had not in fact been closed. I then spent roughly another hour (across two half-hour visits) trying to resolve this. The atm lobby is not open daily: here at 13:03 on a Saturday. Why do I pay so much to bank with an institution that is inaccessible to their customers. Do better RBC Queen and Gladstone. I’m so mad
