SO SLOW. I have to set aside 30 minutes if I need a roll of quarters.
Vie was lovely to work with and really helped resolve my issue as well as making other suggestions about my banking options.
It is so classless seeing an employee take their lunch when there’s a line and leaving it for their colleague (Antonella) to clean up. Antonella gets 5 stars . That employee hiding behind her blue Covid mask gets a huge thumbs down.
Consistently the worst RBC branch in terns of wait times. Expect to stand in line a minimum of 20+ minutes for simple transactions. If you visit near the end or start of the month, expect to be asked to wait outside due to security issues.
Arrived and all tellers were busy, then security guard stopped me in the vestibule and made me wait outside in December weather for one to become available (despite there being plenty of room inside for queuing) - very confusing and mildly insulting as a customer
