Visited today for a certified cheque. Vlady was the staff supported - he was super friendly and very helpful considering this is my first time getting a service done. Took 10-15 mins overall. Had a really good experience in the bank

Terrible service and extremely frustrating experience. I have been trying to solve a very simple issue with my expired credit card for over a month, and every time I contact the bank, I receive different and inaccurate information. When I went to the branch, I was told the issue was related to making a minimum payment, which I knew was not the problem.
