Dayum looks like ppl absolutely had terrible experiences here lol For me, this is the best rbc branch i been to in the city so i try to come to this one as much as i can. Ive had some real shitty service at the fort york, chinatown and college one. Not at this branch ..not yet
UPDATE: They cannot change your chequing account type. The teller said he had changed mine only for me to find a couple weeks later that he never did so. Because of this error I will now have to go to another branch to do this same service. Service is extremely slow and manager will not come out to help even if customers ask for one. Long Line up all the time . please increase your staff and teach them to be more efficient. also special service for seniors? my mom is an old woman and she cannot stand up in line for 1 hour each time. terrible service.
