Absolutely terrible experience at this RBC branch. I went in for a simple request and was told flat-out that “it can’t be done.” No effort, no explanation, just dismissal. What makes this worse? I called RBC afterward, and the representative did it for me immediately over the phone — no hesitation, no issue. So clearly, it can be done. Went in person to close my accounts, and I thought they did so. I continued getting emails about my accounts -- it turns out two accounts were not closed. Spent another hour (two half-hour sessions) to try to fix that with them.
I visit this bank branch almost every week, and the employees are always incredibly nice and welcoming. Every time I walk in, they greet customers with a friendly smile and a polite attitude. Their professionalism and kindness really stand out. It’s always a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate how they treat every customer with respect and care. Thank you to the whole team especially front desk staff for consistently providing such great service!
