I wish I could give zero stars. The staff at the front desk showed very poor customer service and were unprofessional in the way they spoke to customers. A little respect and better communication would make a big difference.
I had the best experience at the bank today! Shane McKay was my RBC advisor, and he helped me set up all my business accounts and a personal line of credit. He is smart, fast, and very knowledgeable. This is what the banking system needs—talent like him! I recommend booking your appointments with Shane; you won't regret it! 5 stars overall, he needs to be promoted ASAP!
