Terrible waste of time. Go to another branch or another bank entirely. I was scheduled here for a business account appointment at a specific time. I took time off work and was on time for my appointment. I left after waiting for over 20 mins!! The advisor didn't even come out to say he was running late. Total lack of respect for people's time. RBC do better! You are losing customers to much better customer service at other banks!
Valeriia She was very very rude and unprofessional she is not a good fit to do any costumer service of any type.
I’ve had to chase this branch down three separate times (twice in person!) for a basic credit card request. Despite my efforts, they sat on the paperwork, did absolutely nothing, and then told me it was too late. I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. They are happy to waste your time but incapable of doing their actual jobs. Avoid this branch at all costs.
The ATM was open on Sunday.
