had a very bad experience with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). My cheques were stolen and unfortunately someone was able to cash them through this bank. What is even more disappointing is that no one at the bank is willing to take responsibility or properly respond to my situation. I expected better security and customer support from a major bank like RBC, but instead I was left stressed and without clear answers.
