I went there to open a business account, and Behnaz was my advisor. She was very patient and polite, explaining everything as simply as possible and helping me resolve my previous issue with RBC.
I highly recommend Mustafa Cakmak at this branch for all inquiries and help related to mortgages, banking and everything. He is an incredible asset to RBC, super responsive and treats every client with such attentiveness. Highly recommend.
Mirna is the best person I ever encountered at this branch and I have been coming to rhis rbc for 10+ years (I hope she sees this!). She went above and beyond to flag something that se saw in my account so I can maximize my money. Her attention and kindness is something very rare to find these days, and whoever came across her at this branch will be beyond lucky!!
They didn’t inform that when you deposit a check through the atm . There is a 5 day hold . Then when I talked to the manager they lied to me again when I asked to get the hold taken off . Im going close my account at this bank
