Worst branch I've visited. The staff showed no willingness to help and no friendliness at all. This experience gives me no reason to return.
I have just a credit card from RBC but is always impossible to pay (PAY!!) because they will ask me why I don’t have a debit card, and they will ask me all my information or 2 ID’s (for again, paying the debt of my credit card) Why forcing someone to have a debit card if I don’t want??? I will probably have to cancel this card, I’m tired.
This branch has gone downhill drastically. I get one word answers from the teller. ie, “I’d like to speak to the manager please.” She’s not here… is the response. Ok then, “when is she back or who else can I talk to.?” There is no one to speak to for a month, she says. The branch didn’t have 1500 euros to purchase, so she offered me 500. “I don’t need 500, I need 1500”. . In two decades of purchasing euros I have never had this problem.
