Before going to the branch, I called ahead to confirm whether something was possible. However, when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t true, and the staff were unwilling to assist me. I was very confused as to how someone could so confidently give incorrect information about a straightforward question, and no one there seemed willing to take responsibility.
