I hate to mention that the service quality of front line staff is worse than ever. She was so rude and she could not manipulate their PC (she was blaming me!) but not command basic business English. It seems she is from Eastern Europe and very rude to the client, loudly said “ it’s digital world” ?! It was totally mess. Unlike TD staffs, she (or they?) are lesser quality than supermarket cashier in terms of front line staff.
I’ve been hesitating to write this for so long because I really don’t like giving negative feedback, but I decided to write it in the hope that management or those responsible for service quality will look at this objectively and use the feedback for improvement. Do not get a credit card with Rbc. They can’t help you over the phone to login to your online banking and access your money.
