Thank You, Mirna! About a week ago, I had an issue while depositing money at the ATM inside the branch (on the left side). The machine froze during my transaction, and I was extremely worried I wouldn't get my money back. It took about a week for the investigation to be completed, but thankfully everything was resolved.
