They were super rude to me when I was trying to figure out how to get a new physical card, they were so rude they might as well have spat in my face.
Sorry to say, I have to agree, not the best or even close to adequate level of service. Banks are moving away from "customer service" to "self service". They call self service "customer service", but it is really nothing but frustration trying to get an answer. I'm taking a look at the credit bureaus like Meridian. Self Service is avoidance of customer care.
Very poor customer service. Were not able to answer straightforward questions and were less than polite. No follow through. In general, disappointing. I trust there are better RBC branches than this.
Horrible branch to deal with. The staff and telephone banking gave me inconsistent information and then blames me for making up incorrect information. I do not have that kind of time or energy to waste. Definitely not setting up any accounts with RBC. Zero accountability. 100% gas lighting.
Not bad, but there’s room for improvement—especially in response times. Still, the team is courteous and professional.
