I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I received at the RBC branch at 1011 Gerrard Street East, Toronto, on February 13 at around 4:40 p.m. While being assisted by Ms. Anar Khakoo, she reacted abruptly by exclaiming “My God” upon seeing a colleague return, then left the counter without explanation or apology to speak with that colleague.
