The manager of the RBC branch at 1011 Gerrard St. E, Lin Lin, shows a lack of respect for customers. The employees work at an extremely slow pace, making the overall experience frustrating. Customers should consider leaving reviews to bring these issues to the attention of higher management. After this disappointing visit, I won’t be returning to this branch.
