The wait times are abismal
I had a great experience with my bank advisor Mr. Arun Dhawan . He was very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and provided helpful advice without making me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy bank advisor.
They never have enough cash. Trying to withdraw more than $1000 of cash is a pain and they make you take part of it out using the atm, which takes 3 transactions. It’s a bank, their job is to take my money and give it back when I want it.
Ron was very helpful in resolving my problem on Aug. 22. A rbc card was opened by someone else to be pu at this location. He found the card and canceled it for me. Thanks Ron. However the night before I called the fraud line and they were not helpful and was on hold for almost 2 hours. Thanks Ron for all your help!
