Truly next-level banking “service” here. I went in for a simple wire transfer—something RBC literally promotes on their website—and was immediately hit with the most enthusiastic “nope” I’ve ever received. After some theatrical sighing and a look that said “how dare you inconvenience us,” they informed me that wire transfers are apparently far too taxing for their delicate workflow.
