Been with this bank for over five years, but lately it’s been impossible to get real help when you need it. Reaching a human is a nightmare, everything funnels you to useless bots. I’d rather bank somewhere that still values actual customer support and human interaction.
They will destroy your small business by making unauthorized changes to your business account (ie; daily limits, etc) without even notifying you. Worst bank to do business with, they simply couldnt care less about working with you as a small business.
