I was calling to replace a lost debit card but after dealing with your online service, the holds, the rudeness, the inefficiency, the arrogance….i am closing my account with RBC. It is the largest and least customer friendly bank in Canada. None are good but this is unacceptable. Your online people do not care and transfer to departments that are unrelated to the problem. It is a tactic to get people to stay online. They are useless and frustrating.
Rupali was extremely nice and helpful. Very much appreciate her support today.
Worst RBC. Never coming back to this branch. Rude and inconsiderate staff. They don't care about your time. Absolutely despicable.
