Do NOT trust the Financial advisor with the initial SL. Tried to set up a student who is unemployed and needs a credit card to purchase books (parents playing.) with an annual fee credit card. It’s either she is trying to personally benefit from people who trust her/ she don’t know or professional ignorance. In any case it’s bad.

contacting RBC bank make me sick. Waiting 45 minutes on line no answer.
Over ten years RBC client, this RBC doesn't have public washroom as I was being told, so this bank designed so big just to get people to deposit money, but don't even provide basic customer support.
The focus of some workers is super low. First customer in the morning asked for 2 things to be done and none of those 2 was executed properly. One was done wrong way another not done at all.
