The first accountant lady she is so rude to me ! I was supposed to asking the Supervisor she say No. I get used to exchanged coins there , but they said I should deposits to my bank account first then I can , and they tried to asked me exchange fees. ! It’s bad experiences I ever had there ! The two ladies was so rude and so uneducated! I tried to asking if you don’t allowed me to exchange the coins , can you provide me the rules details! They just said no we don’t wanna talk with you !
This branch USED TO BE terrible .... not anymore..... Based on my past 5 visits, the staff has improved!... They are more professional and I'm able to bank there hassle free and quickly now So my former 1 star rating has now become 5.
Who is the manager? Anybody knows?
