Walked in there today to deposit USD into my account. The Bank teller, Kelly Yang Ask me, Can I help you with anything else? I was kind of embarrassed because I didn’t know how to do a wire transfer. She went above and beyond and help me do my first wire transfer. I left so Relieved that I came back less than an hour later and then another Wire transfer. Thank you Kelly Yang !
I love that branch. Most of them are so friendly and ready to slove your issue right away. Among of them I'd like to say Shanna Zhou, She is amazing person since I opened account to still she is supporting me and helping to choice right investment for mine.
I came to this branch and noticed that the customer service levels are not at the level and do not leave with me a positive experience. The lady was very focused on her phone, not making eye contact with me, to understand what my issue was and did not ask how my day was so far. I want to express that you only have 1 chance to make a lasting impression and I am so glad I moved to Tangerine bank where it's much better online service and zero fees for chequing accounts.
