outdoor atm is not clean, shit everywhere. don’t feel welcomed while withdrawing or depositing money at this location
Horrific banking experience. RBC should protect its brand by closing this branch and terminating the tellers who currently work here.
They don’t have costumer service
I don't actually know why I am even with this bank anymore?!? Customer service at this location was, again, less than helpful. I did show up without an appointment, and I was happy to wait for an adviser for as long as needed. First, I was told no one could see me as they were closing in 1.5 hours, and all advisers were busy. I mentioned how many staff were around and my willingness to wait and still no chance to see someone. I said this was the only time I had free and would be happy to wait if someone becomes free.
