I don't understand why the times online and in-person aren't the same. They need to be updated.
Horrible customer service experience, had my account locked was told to come to the branch. Branch lady said lemme call the back office, she only asked for one Govenment ID initially and then said you need to call customer service but pushed back said no you’ve to fix it only for her to say I’m going to the manager and he made me wait 10 minutes to say we need another ID??
I had a good experience.
