I didn't get the teller's name but she fixed my problem in 5 minutes. I had been on the phone with RBC for the past two months trying to get my problem resolved and spoke to almost 10 different people on the phone and no one actually resolved it for me. It took the teller 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong. amazing service, cant say the same for the people that answers phones.

I cannot say enough good things about the RBC branch at Church and Wellesley. To give you an idea of how great they are: I live directly across the street from a different RBC branch, yet I choose to walk 30 minutes across town just to come here.
