their most useless branch. might aswell shut it down
This was one my first times coming to this RBC branch and the client advisor Ha helped me and my husband with our banking issues with very much ease. Although seeing it was very busy with quite a long wait, this advisor provided exceptional service.
I deposit my cheques here every month, and the staff are always fast, friendly, and polite. I’ve never had any issues, and it’s always a pleasant experience. I’m happy to keep coming back.
