Trying to get a lien release letter for my insurance and they said it would take 5 to 10 business days. Which is ok, but the gentlemen i spoke to said he could help me by sending me a document that says they have requested the lien release letter. And ofcourse when the document arrived, it had no name on it. Called again to ask if they could resend the exact same document but this time with my name on it. They said no. Why? Lol Makes no sense at all. Unproffesional, unreliable, unreasonable, and just a terrible experience.
