Went to my bank and they can't do cash transactions (someone called in sick and they need a second fob). I need a roll of loonies. So far no bank will do that for me if I'm not a customer. It is a very sad world we live in these days. This bank said no too. When I find one that does they will get 5 stars and a thank you.

Their general service esp. by phone has really gone downhill. I opened a second account online (mistake) and even though I have their premium fee $30 per month banking package ("VIP") which I am already paying and includes multiple accounts and am a customer for over 30 years, I was charged high service charges on the new account. It took 3 excruciating separate long phone calls for them explain why I was paying service charges on my new account. There is nothing VIP about this.
