Very Poor Service No Enough Teller Lot Of Rush Slow Moving Lane
André, the manager, was busy holding a group pep talk all the way to 9.34am with 5 customers waiting outside in -15 degrees cold for 4 minutes. Very inconsiderate. A good manager knows how to place customers first versus giving a useless egoistic pep talk at the expense of customers.

What's the point of having ATM already closed at before 9:30pm
Don’t know how the assistant manager became the assistant manager. Very uninformed on credit related issues and wasted my time.
