Not even able to do a check and unable to admit one's wrongs… poor guy
The bank manager here is the rudest person to his staff & to clients at the bank. I’ve had to deal with him on multiple occasions, & each time is more excruciating. He waves his fingers in your face, interrupts, doesn’t listen to anything, and after he verbally harassed the teller who was helping me I confronted his behaviour saying it was rude & made me uncomfortable. Staff and manager rude and dismissive. Canceled a cheque and they were very diamissive because of low amount. Whatever was done was not done properly and the money never even hit my account.
This branch is the worst they don’t even honour their scheduled appointments. So rude!
