One of the worst customer service experiences I ever received at any Bank in my entire life. May not only move as slow as molasses. If they painted a wall when I was there I would have time to watch it dry. They also have a nasty attitude. Karen's, am I right?
Branch manager (Andre) was so helpful
Unwilling to help. Client Advisor flat out refused to deposit a euro cheque, stating RBC was not capable of doing something like that, even though a colleague at the same branch had advised that RBC was capable of doing this a couple weeks earlier. Continued to refuse to look into it. I immediately went to the 339 King St E branch and they were able to accommodate my request with no issues. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else.
I have had multiple negative experiences with this branch and already frustated due to its low service, but I didn't want to leave a bad review. Today, finally there is someone who can give me reassurance and solution: Lily was helpful and professional, she made the whole process easier. Highly appreciated her service, so here's a 5 star for you.
Terrible location , came to withdraw money ,employee start asking me for what do I need this money ❗️ Than they told me that there are limits on withdrawing, but when I asked to show me the written policy , where it will says the US withdrawal limitation are -> the manager I will not say name , couldn’t show the information where it says about withdraw limitation. So how come this people are working in the bank ???
