My 1:30 PM in-person appointment with Greg Richarz was ruined when he failed to show up. The front desk advisor initially claimed I was late, stating Greg had already left before 1:30 PM. When called, Greg made an unacceptable excuse about having another overlapping client meeting at the same time. The continuous dishonesty and lack of organization show a complete disregard for clients and appointments.
