Came here to withdraw some US dollars. Matthew was so nice and helpful, great experience
My 1:30 PM in-person appointment with Greg Richarz was ruined when he failed to show up. The front desk advisor initially claimed I was late, stating Greg had already left before 1:30 PM. When called, Greg made an unacceptable excuse about having another overlapping client meeting at the same time. The continuous dishonesty and lack of organization show a complete disregard for clients and appointments.
Had a good experience here.First visit.
Only reason they deserve one star was there was a very nice and sweet lady that was in training and helpful! There is an AWFUL man that has the worst customer service. Honestly he should be ashamed of the way he treated me and my friend
