Received out standing services.
We went to open a business account on September 23rd, and Amith Nodig was the representative who attended the appointment. We only received a copy of our business account card, and he said that the business account card and credit cards will be arriving at the address within 7 business days. I called him the day before yesterday, which was 15 days after the account opening, and we set a call appointment, but he never called us back. RBC Bank should have more professional people.
This incredibly smart and beautiful person named Safra working there did her best as per rules and regulations to help customers out. She is the best!
