Excellent experience at this RBC branch! I was helped by Jonathan Mabini, a Banking Advisor here, and he made the whole visit a pleasure. He was approachable and friendly from the start, took the time to really listen to what I needed, and gave me clear, thoughtful advice without any pressure. His customer service was top-notch - patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear he cares about doing right by the people he serves. Highly recommend this branch, and if you can, ask for Jonathan!
Kirk is terrible at his jobs. Discriminating against me asking me for verification to deposit money in MY account. I showed him two pieces of ID and told me I couldn’t pay my credit card through him. HAS NO INTELLECT OR PERSONABLE SKILLS. FIRE HIM.
