After attaching the wrong account number to a wire transfer that was supposed to be sent a month ago, the employees of this branch took ZERO accountability for this sloppy mistake and the wire transfer is still under investigation. Whoever was responsible for sending this wire transfer made a gigantic mistake, creating a mess, and has done absolutely nothing to correct it. Poor service
I visited this Royal Bank branch and was shocked to see the security guard completely distracted spending his shift playing Clash Royale on his phone instead of monitoring the premises. In a bank where people handle cash and sensitive financial matters having an actively disengaged security guard feels unsafe and unprofessional. This is not the level of security and attention I expect from RBC. Very disappointing.
They don’t have experience. I don’t like this location. They don’t have the parking also.
