I had an excellent experience with Nick Nguyen, he’s truly an amazing person. I had been dealing with an issue with my credit card, calling customer service almost every day without any progress. Today, I went in person, and Nick resolved the problem in a blink of an eye, something the customer service team couldn't do after spending over an hour on the phone each day. Thank you Nick 10/10 recommend
I had a disappointing experience at this location that I feel compelled to share. I visited to apply for basic overdraft protection, but unfortunately, I was met with a lack of professionalism. Sayan and his colleague spent several minutes making me feel uncomfortable, as they seemed to judge me based on my appearance. They should be more polite towards their customers.
If possible, just shut down this brunch. One of the worst RBC brunches in scarborough I have visited. I might give ' zero' rating if possible. Even the manager is not helpful to sort out the problem and totally don't know how to handle a client.
RBC is a horrible bank do not go with them, been with them for years and used to think it was the best but I moved to a new company for work and I get paid in cheque and there is literally nothing u can do if you get paid in cheque you apparently always have to wait 4 to 5 business days for you’re own money to be available to you and when I go in and try to have nice convos about this situation they do not help.
