I opened an account four months ago, and every time I visit this branch, they tell me my card is on its way. Yesterday, I found out they never even ordered the card. Now, I need to withdraw money, but they keep directing me to different branches or telling me to use their ATM. But how can I, without the card you were supposed to send me four months ago? This is a terrible branch location with terrible customer service.
I'm writing to inform members of the community that this branch will not let you buy a roll of quarters if you don't have an account. They used to do so, but don't anymore. Don't worry, RBC, there are other banks with friendlier staff and better policies. We'll go there.
