Benjamin Light is the most incompetent professional I have ever encountered. After an in person meeting regarding my business, no action was taken on the items discussed during the meeting. Nothing at all was done, costing me money and wasting my time. Now, weeks later, endless phone calls, emails, calls to headquarters, I cannot get in contact with him, his voicemail is even full. The fact that he is a ‘financial advisor’ with RBC is truly disheartening. If the branch manager reads this please contact me immediately.
Refuses to exchange legal tender without proof of using their services. They run their furance all year round so the inside is always 10°C hotter than outside even when its 25°C+. The staff act like they dont even want to be there. Everytime I go there every single interaction is a hassle. I dont know if they are doing it intentionally or the management has just never gotten better over the years. Im tired of this.
