The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Today there were 10 people in line for the ATM, 20 in line for the teller.
Excellent service by Amir Sheikh at the Markham and Lawrence branch. He always makes sure you are comfortable at where YOU want to invest your money on. Will give you all the pros and cons of different products and helps you choose the one that YOU want. He never pushes you and always follows up with you when some good promotuons are available. Very disappointing experience, I have been a TD client since almost 8 years, bit first time just after my son requested I went to this branch for his account opening, we have been in the line for more than an hour, first of all there were 3 tellers serving and a huge line in waiting, very slow services. So, after this long wait I got a teller, and asked for our request, her name is Isbel, she straight away told us that sorry we can't help you, bank will be closing in half an hour and it will take more than an hour for your r... read more
Awful experience with this branch. I had to wait in-line for almost an hour just to drop off some simple paperwork (Direct Investing). And of course the branch subsquently misplaced/misdirected the paperwork and it wasn't submitted as needed; which is now impacting my ability to pay my children's Fall tuition on time. I would give zero stars if I could but poor form and #bigtimefail Branch #6202!!!
