Worse than cibc and td, why is there only 2 tellers when there is 20 ppl. Other tellers are just walking around doing nothing.
I had an excellent experience at RBC, all thanks to Aamir Shaikh. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood all my options, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail—he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend speaking with him if you visit RBC. Truly outstanding service!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Mohamad the financial advisor and Aamir the assistant branch manager and I got to admit they were very professional, helpful and gave me some great advice. They also connected me with their mortgage advisor since I was looking to move my mortgage over. All in all, whenever I have to visit a branch, this will always be the one I visit even though it is out of my way!
