As I look over the reviews- a lot is negative but in my experience, I've been here twice because of a personal matter and others was with my dad. All time's I've been here I had no issues. I feel that the people who are upset need to also realize that there is bank standards they need to follow and procedures, when it comes to banking in person- I'd suggest to pick days where you aren't in a rush or even come in the morning so you're first in line type of thing. Technical issues arose, and despite promises to resolve the issue promptly, I received no follow-up or response to my emails and calls. Hard for any walk-in to set an appointment. Everything is relied to online. There should be a person allocated for walk-ins at least. You’d have to fight nails and tooth just to get one.
