One of the slowest and worst bank in Canada. Very slow service even though there is not much customers. Manager has to take action. And fix these issues.
I got a problem with my debit card when I went this location the branch manager Sanaz was helping the line and she took me to the office verified me and solve the issue however I was dealing with the same issue more than a year THANK you Sanaz for being there =) appreciate your support!
I love the beach manager Sanaz she is really helpful I was relying to move my mortgage to TD however she gave us consist call and follow up appointment and she got us the best rate ever! Rbc needs to hiring more like that Sanaz Thank you for your leadership! I stayed at Rbc because of her : )
2 counter open 3 staffs in one counter Talking.15 mts …no customer in that counter …bad customer service..waited first took 45 mts to do my one withdrawal.
