Good staff
Bad service slow not friendly stuff
Avoid this branch at all costs for any critical mortgage or other high value payment requests. The teller Murad, Fathima and the manager on duty Feb 15th were incompetent. I made a big mistake walking into this branch. Came in on Feb 15 to request a one time mortgage payment from my RBC account, and clearly indicated that my normal payments come via CIBC. One of the worst locations for customer service. Recently visited the location to pick up a credit card was mailed to the branch. Including the Manager seems to be no idea what’s he taking about made me regret for doing business with Royal Bank.
I've been to this branch twice and the first time was very helpful with my business account. The second time I felt like they made it extra difficult for me to deposit to my own business account. I had all my identification and did not require any withdrawal but it felt like the process was more cumbersome than needed and originally the teller did not want to help me because of all the extra steps and would not accept my valid identification until I convinced her otherwise.
