Very poor customer service and non experienced staff
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was easily one of the most disrespectful and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any bank. RBC pushes promotions to bring people in, but the second you show up, you’re treated like you’re wasting their time. I booked an appointment specifically to apply for a credit card they were actively advertising. The advisor Grace/Gracie, whatever her name is, didn’t even attempt to process the application. This branch has without fault disappointed. The tellers are poorly trained, they do not carry foreign currency and both drive thru ATM and in branch ATM were not functioning today. This is an unacceptable state of a bank.
