I have dealt with Talal Faddah twice now, and both times he has been extremely helpful. After another RBC employee at a different branch filled out my application incorrectly, I had multiple calls with customer service representatives and visited the main branch in Toronto, but I received no support or solution. Talal went above and beyond, calling multiple departments and quickly finding a solution. I truly appreciate his help."
Worse place ever. Heba Khalaf did a credit check without my consit, of course they won't fix to have it removed from my report. They think they aew always right and customers are wrong. Thank God I do not bank with them. I thought to try them and I will never go back.
I'm wondering all the bad reviews here based on what ? I'm dealing with this branch for the last 6 years never had any issue or bad experience. Great staff ,smiling, helpful and friendly. Specially Randa and Wenjie. Thanks for all the supports and keep it up please.
Might be good, don’t know really. Came in, branch had maybe 2 customers in it, stood at the front for about 5 minutes and not a single person spoke to me. It’s the kind of place where everyone disperses when you walk in. Just went somewhere else.
I’ve been dealing with this branch for many years now and for various services. An outstanding customer service, reliable and consistent. Professional in the way handling high traffic. And very supportive.
