Well, well, well, at the beginning, I was a bit shocked about the bad comments the customers left here. Finally, I tried it by myself. Here is my opinion: they are truly not having a friendly and helpful attitude, but they get all the things done and asked all my questions in a very “cold” manner. Well, if the management thinks it is perfectly fine, and those people decide to stay with this bank should make zero complaint. Do I want to do business with this bank? CERTAINLY NOT!
They deserve 0 start, I ask worker to bring more tellers as it’d only two of they by the cashier, looks like they students no idea what they doing. Third teller it’s very high age lady who she don’t even care about the line up, making twisted eyes. I’m 6.5 months pregnant wait for teller 25 min 😩, my leg swallowing and the older teller she like I have my position no one kick me out from work. But there is many young generation after education they want work. Maybe it’s time to change team in this location????
Wors use experience I have ever had at any bank. Short staffed and no passion to assist customers. The appointment to open a bank account is like one week away.
