Decided to close the ATMs at 10 pm, came multiple times before 9:30 to find the doors already locked. Not sure why you would put a sign to inform your customers if the informations incorrect. Thanks for the waste of time.
I hurried to this location because their ATM was supposed to be open until 10 PM. They prominently displayed a sign on the door stating that the ATM would be operational from 8 AM to 10 PM, yet they had already closed by 9:20.
Ms Fari , is one of the best managers here , super comfortable with her.
Very Rude
I had an appointment at this branch yesterday, and it was a really good experience. Despite it being late, the lady, Li Jiang, spent so much time with me. She did her job with such passion. I was also impressed by her communication skills. Overall, as a newcomer, I am satisfied with RBC. They sent me emails to notify me about new accounts and options, which is great.
