I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I’m leaving a one-star review in the hope that the branch manager or someone at the management level at RBC will see this and address the issue. I’m a business owner, and due to the nature of my business, I regularly need to deposit coins. I’ve dealt with multiple RBC branches, and this is the first branch where I was told that all of the wrapped coins needed to be removed from the rolls, counted individually, and then placed back into the wrappers. Biased. If you are not of this branch's dominant ethnic group, expect to be treated as a second rate client. I had stopped going to this branch about five years ago having witnessed the management gang up on this young Caucasian teller, apparently a novice to the job who had made some "grave" error. Sadly, not much must have changed over those years when it comes to bias as, tonight, I myself was treated in a condescending manner by a swanky presumptuous "advisor."

everyone is super unhelpful and lacks compassion. Dont think anyone knows what their job duties are; especially the older Indian female teller. 0/10 don’t come here for any questions or concerns.
