Money kept going missing from my account and the transaction history detail were not matching up and took weeks to update i confronted them with this when their excuse made zero sense i said i would have a lawter look into it. Its now a week later my cheque just entered my account and my entire account was closed by rbc. Theu said it was demarketed. They say they cant help and refuse to return any of my money. Not a bad branch but suddenly it closed without any information or updates, leaving many people unable to fix their issues in the winter. Fortunately, it reopened and thank you Shamuel for fixing an issue with my account in a few minutes. Just be ware that sometimes the 2 ATMs just don't work for deposits.
This branch is always closed to customers, worse part is that you can see some workers inside but they won't help you. Also the 2 ATMs just don't work most of the time to make deposits.
The desk worker is rude, incompetent and lack basic customer service skills and etiquette. U thought since they want you to put your money there they would at least be nice or competent. Unfortunately neither
