I totally agree with the unprofessional service at this RBC location. 1. Lack of knowledgeable about the eligibility of support documents for student account openings. 2. Different person gives different information to clients. 3. Sending clients to Services ON to apply for ID application without the knowledge of eligibility. 4. Made clients doing many trips back to the bank to open a student account. It was a waste of our time and gas. I wish to rate zero star as well. Not recommended RBC. Suck…
The service at this RBC branch is really fantastic. They have great staff, and every time I come, they are all always patient and friendly. Today I came in because of an urgent matter, and Catherine kindly spoke with me in Mandarin, listened carefully to my situation, answered my questions, and helped me with the matter. I’m truly grateful.
