I wish I could give 0 stars. Totally unprofessional! Do better, RBC! Even the side-by-side TD Bank offers much better customer service. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. I had a fantastic experience here with Catherine and her manager, Chris. They were both incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my document. Even though I only had my credit card with me, Catherine efficiently verified my identity using the online banking app. Chris was also very willing to help with the document, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their support and will definitely return if I need assistance in the future. Thank you, Catherine and Chris!
No customer service. Lines move very slowly, so even if there are only a couple of people in front of you it still seems to take all day to reach a teller!
