Had a great experience opening a new account at this branch with Roya. She was professional, knowledgeable, to-the-point, and yet friendly and welcoming. She seemed to genieunly care about assisting the customer, which is rare to find these days.
I asked the teller about the price for US dollars to Canadian, just doesn’t understand the difference of selling price and purchasing price. Just made my day difficult for double commute to exchange store again . They should know better, not to waste money and people’s time. She gave wrong info at first
visited this RBC branch today to access my safety deposit box for something very important. A safety deposit box is supposed to be accessible whenever the bank is open — it’s something people trust the bank to protect and make available when needed. This is probably the best RBC branch in Yonge street between Sheppard Avenue and Steels Avenue, the young general manager is professional and simple: listen and solution!
I had two disappointing experiences with Ms.Shima Kamali at this branch while requesting a bank draft. On both occasions, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, she asked me partway through the process, “Do you have any plans for your bank account?”—clearly trying to pitch some financial product.
