This is ridiculous. Sitting at the counter for 15 minutes only to figure out there there is no one available to do the wire transfer. This is not such a complicated procedure, but for some unknown reason the teller cannot do it.
Staff is friendly. However, they've made mistakes which were completely unavoidable and ended up wasting my time. Edit: it only gets worse. I've now reduced my rating from 3 stars to 1. 7-8 years ago, they messed up my name change four times. And now they refuse to print and stamp my own bank statement for me.

The worst experience I have ever had with such bank service, too awful. They were just wasting time talking and explaining, but did not listen to client need and solve any problem. Seems they are acting crazy and lead strange mind, unlike normal humans. Please avoid this worst branch in RBC even in the whole Canada Finance area. At least I promise I’ll never get into this branch anymore.
Hop in in the afternoon for a quick thing but there's only 1 front desk worker and the line was not moving at all, horrible service and efficiency
