If I can give a Zero star I would absolutely do so! I don’t normally come to this brunch. Since it’s urgent and there’s no other choices. My experience at this branch has been extremely disappointing and pissed. The staffs at the counter are consistently unprofessional, impatient, rude, and lacking basic customer care. I visited the branch today to link my personal and business accounts. When I opened both accounts at another branch, I provided two pieces of ID and there was no issue. However, today I was asked to provide additional documents. I was also disappointed with the service. The staff were not helpful and did not properly explain the requirements. Unfortunately, my time was wasted and my issue was not resolved.
I visited this RBC branch as an existing customer to ask about applying for a secured credit card. The cashier who first helped me was very kind and professional. He found me an appointment spot and introduced me to another staff member his name is S....e. I had an excellent experience at this branch and truly want to recognize Henry, Chris, and branch manager Pat for the professionalism, kindness, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire experience.
