Very rude stuff
Booked a phone appointment with Sherry Zhang, but she never called. We tried to contact the branch multiple times, but no one answered. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
I just tried to pay my rbc credit card and James was being extremely difficult. It's my money, my credit card and you are treating me like a criminal. Horrible customer service. When did paying bills from your bank become so difficult in REAL PERSON?
Entering this branch, I was wondered why there are no guests, just a few minutes, I know the reason, this is the worst bank I have experienced, If you have choice, never come this branch, they are not professional, especially the manager, the attitude is terrible bad, they even don't know how to work, I don't understand why RBC choose her as manager.
do i really need to give at least one star？ i prefer none. stucked here waiting for 20mins
