I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this RBC branch today! My wife and I came in to open a new account, and Simmi and Evie went above and beyond to help me out. They didn't just set up the account; they took the time to thoroughly explain all the different offerings and made sure I was set up with exactly what we needed. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend asking for Simmi and Evie if you need anything. 5 stars.
