There were clearly several advisors available, but when I asked for assistance, they claimed they had no time. They were literally sitting around doing nothing. Are they getting paid to come to the office and go on vacation?
They don’t really know what they are doing
They have drive through ATM which is really convenient.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this RBC branch today! My wife and I came in to open a new account, and Simmi and Evie went above and beyond to help me out. They didn't just set up the account; they took the time to thoroughly explain all the different offerings and made sure I was set up with exactly what we needed. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend asking for Simmi and Evie if you need anything. 5 stars.
