To add to my previous review I just spent over 50 minutes on the phone on hold only to get no useful information or help with the issue I needed help with. I agree with many other reviewers, that I would give zero or less stars if it was possible
The doors are supposed to be open 6am-11pm 7 days a week I went there 2 night in a row at 850 and 915 and both times the door where already locked forcing me to withdraw from the credit union and paying a fee of 3.50 each time 7 dollars I can’t really afford for a withdrawal whoever is in charge of locking the doors in cutting corners and going to bed early I tried to call to complain but can’t get past the automated answering service
Long wait times and the teller complained about the previous elderly client to me and blamed him for his poor customer service.
Had an appointment to protect myself from someone’s reckless spending. A new account was setup but with the wrong ph # attached. I’d been given a business card with the branch ph # on it, but when i called i learned the # is out of service! Impossible to figure out how to correct this and when you’re stressed to the max…? I HATE banks!!
Tried three times to get past their virtual agent to move my accounts from another bank. Finally gave up when I couldn't speak to anyone, brutal customer service!
