I have been with Royal Bank for many years (over 40) and banked at many different branches based on my living situation but never have I been so disappointed than with the Brookswood Branch Today! Today was tax day, and when I walked in at 245. There was a lineup. A big lineup. As it was April 30 it was tax day and everybody was there to get there end of month banking and taxes paid.
