Tried to deposit cheques. I was told that they would put the cheques on hold for 4 days. I had never experienced such a situation in other branches. When I asked if it was their own decision, they confirmed.
I would assign a zero-star rating if the system allowed, but that option is unavailable.
Sook was outstanding. She spent an hour helping me resolve my card issue, and even as her lunch break was approaching, she remained calm, patient, and committed to helping me until it was resolved. Her customer service was warm and incredibly kind. Thank you again for your patience!
