My first visit and I was instantly impressed with the overall vibe - tellers were smiling, the manager was interacting comfortably with the staff and customers, myself included and Harleen is an absolute gem. A great experience. Thank you all.
An employee named Sook was very rude. It was a very unpleasant experience ever in my life.
Some of the staffs are very unfriendly. It seemed like some employees were quite new, and whenever they had to call a more senior staff member for help, those employees often appeared annoyed or irritated. Today we spoke with a woman named Sook, and her attitude was particularly disappointing. We received an email from RBC yesterday (March 15) telling us to resolve an issue by March 8. Should extend the hours to longer
Tried to deposit cheques. I was told that they would put the cheques on hold for 4 days. I had never experienced such a situation in other branches. When I asked if it was their own decision, they confirmed.
