I had issues with my account, i got a call from bank advisor and ask me to go to the branch and re activate the account but the lazy AS* manager doesnt want to call and fix the issue. No surprise this branch has bad reviews.
Abagale was an absolute gem! She has the patience of a Saint and such a warm, sympathetic heart. I had very recently lost my mum, and she helped me navigate my late mom’s account so easily and answered any questions I had, and gave so much information and explained it all in detail. She relates with customers in such a unique way, truly one of a kind !
Would put a 0 if I could. Went to deposit a cheque with direct deposit info and was told I would need to get TD bank (whom the money was coming from) to make a money order in order to deposit the money into the account... She checked with whoever higher up was in the back. Came back and told me the same thing. I said this was actually crazy that they cannot accept cheques without the debit card. I've never seen such a rude manager in my life. He acts like he owns RBC. If my salary account wasn't with RBC and I didn't have to deal with the paperwork, I would have closed my account by now. I don't know how you keep such a rude person at RBC!!!
