I came in like I have in a the past to get documents signed and got refused. Teller was rude and used any excuse to not get it filled out and the manager didn’t even take a minute to get up and speak to me themselves. Very dissatisfied with the service as I have been banking with them for years with my family.
Poor customer service and rude staff…
This guy, advisor, Charlie Zhu, was the worst advisor. He just wanted to go back to his eating rather than helping me as customer.
