Amazing staff
I run banking at this location often . The only thing I can say is that at times the line up is very long where there is 20 patrons waiting to be served. It’s also very visible that they don’t have any diversity in their employees. They speak in a foreign language within themselves and also while training. I am hoping this will bring awareness and how it may seem from customers point of view. Thank you
Today, we had the opportunity to discuss our financial future with Stella Chen and Elena Bai. They both took the extra time to throughly explain how to prepare, manage our next stage in our upcoming retirement lives and maximize the potential in investments. We really learned a lot. My teller, Jason, helped me sort out some issues with my bank card today. He also assisted me in setting up my online banking account. He was patient and professional. It's a Saturday morning, so the bank was quite busy. They probably need more tellers on duty to reduce wait times, and ensure all customers receive a great banking experience like I did.
