Gina helped me with my compromised card. She has great customer service skills. She is very nice and knowledgeable. I usually don’t write reviews, but she really deserves to be acknowledged.
Always have had positive experiences at the Willow & Silvercreek branch. It's pretty simple: treat RBC employees the way you want to be treated.
This is the new RBC location. It only has one drive-thru, compared to two at the previous location across the street. I had a good experience this Saturday—fast service with no line-up. I even managed to grab a free 2026 calendar! Thanks. Hours: Mon–Wed: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thu: 9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Extended hours) Sat: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Sun: Closed The branch closed early on December 24 at 3:00 p.m. The branch closed early on December 31 at 3:00 p.m.
