If I could give a zero I would. Closed my account here over a year ago just to find out that they didn't. But good to know bank errors go one way. So get to file a BBB complaint now
Worst bank , worst experience with Cecilia Dang. I advise don't go in this branch. Be aware.
Their international money transfer service charged me $50.00 as a penalty for which I didn't have no fault.
