I did not like this location in my recent visit because they would not help me retrieve a relatively small sum of money that one of their clients stole from me. One of their clients committed fraud by depositing a Government cheque meant for me via this branch's ATM, which is crazy considering banks should be verifying cheques that match with depositors' names and addresses, but clearly in this case, our banks just indiscriminately allow deposits since to them, it's money "in" as opposed to hurdles they put in the way when y... read more
I do my business banking here all the time and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Today I felt I had to leave a review after witnessing a customer yelling and being very disrespectful to the staff. Even in that situation, the team stayed calm, professional, and handled everything so well. I really commend them for keeping their cool, as someone who works in customer service myself, I know how challenging that can be. This is truly a great branch to work with!
Ms. Parish helped my wife and I out with a fraud event. She was motivated, professional and her customer service was outstanding. Management needs to give this young lady a huge raise! Because of her, the fraud event was resolved within 3 hours. She saved us! Thanks again young lady!
Beware of Justin Meyers. I had a phone appointment with him, but the time came and went. When I called in to find out what happened, the lady said, "Oh Crap ," and then said, "I am sorry. Justin has left for the day and will not be back until the 18th." Way to leave your last appt hanging
