In person service always helpful here. But what is the use of an ATM when it’s only available during banking hours which start at 9:30 a.m? I understand the possibility of issues with homeless individuals finding shelter in the ATM space, but then install an outdoor accessible ATM kiosk in the wall as a way to serve your clients! People can use at own risk. There should be more effort to find solutions than to lock everything up. Your clients deserve better.
Just had an urgent and abnormal request , Tina was amazing , she's my favorite banker at this point and truly a god send. I've never dealt with someone more caring in the banking service. Deserved 5 stars
For the money RBC has, they could notify that ABM access is closed on weekends. Homeless are the issue? Do more for them. Don’t take it on general public.
ATM is never open after hours in Guelph down town core while CIBC and Scotia banks atm are open across the street. Royal customers are forced to use these banks instead of their own bank . ???
Useless location, may as well not exist. They're only open the same time everyone else is at work and they lock the doors to the ATMs when they're closed as well.
