Terrible bank they hold your money hostage not allowed to adjust even temporarily any of your daily limits. Rude staff treat customers with zero respect, bank almost anywhere else
This week go to open business account at this branch,the representative sit in the office totally screw things up, totally bad experience compare other bank, I told her this time for business account,everything still go my personal account.She think she sit in the office better than you go to do business.Bad person bad service,later teller good service let me feel little better.
I needed loonies for my apartments laundry machines - got $25 out of their ATM and asked them for a roll of loonies, they outright refused this simple request and were incredibly dismissive and rude. Another bank (despite arriving during their closing time thanks to the time wasted at this RBC) did not even hesitate to help. Will not be back to this location.
Awful service. Cannot understand the rep. Strong accent. Hard to understand. It set me back. Waisted alot of time waiting for someone to pick up the call. Then they could not help me. They redirected me to go to the nearest branch in person. Not everybody has a 9to 5 job. Hence why I called the customer service. Useless.
