The most useless bank in Guelph!
The tellers were so kind and efficient, helped me with some trouble setting up a mobile/online account. It was a lot of confusing and tedious work but they did a great job and were super super sweet and friendly. Happy to continue using this as my regular bank :D
Called multiple times to confirm the branch has euros in the bank was hung up on 4 times by stupid AI system and when they were going to send me to an agent the next voice mail hung up on me Will be moving my banking to another company. had to give a one star as there is nothing lower what a waste of time
