Called multiple times to confirm the branch has euros in the bank was hung up on 4 times by stupid AI system and when they were going to send me to an agent the next voice mail hung up on me Will be moving my banking to another company. had to give a one star as there is nothing lower what a waste of time

Trash branch all tellers sitting there . I feel like Wren I go to the tell bothering them and there rest sitting on there butts hitting buttons to nothing. Serve your customers first most don't look at them like there bothering ya The manger is Great 👍 the workers need learn how to work instead sitting on there butts looking like am bothering them to do there jobs . Helo wake up tellers

Worst rbc i just went in today the guy was very rude and was behaving like someone took his job plus he had a bad tone also needed funds to be released he told me what do you need for generally they cant such questions especially when the amount isnt much later he did something on the computer and told me im good to go in a bad tone which says he just wanted to drive me out asap later i went home and saw that the funds were not even released worst rbc experience in my life never visit this branch
