I had a great experience at this RBC branch. Both the manager( Micheal)and the Gabriel went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I was facing. They were patient, professional, and truly cared about finding the right solution. I felt supported and valued as a customer. Thank you for your excellent service and for making the process so smooth!
It was a very pleasant visit. Consultant Sihao Wu was very helpful and gave me guidance, even though my English is very poor. I recommend both the bank and this specialist
Worse service ever, after waiting 25mins in the line i was told that they wont be able to do my deposit because they are closing in 10min. Manager came in and started blaming me that why I am coming with this many deposit and they wont do because this is corporation money. When i requested him to do at list some deposit, he said he can refuse to do even single deposit. I feel humiliated and threatened in front of other people. he asked me to go to another bank.
There’s a reason why this branch has very bad reviews. I was lied to…. This branch is Disorganized, Wastes their clients time. And will pretend to help you with a smile on their face however you will find out later (in my case 3 months later) that I was never helped/serviced. I will be switching to Meridian/credit union which is known for their great service. This is not a joke… you’re dealing with peoples finances and livelihood, you must treat your job and clients seriously.
