I went to this branch for some transactions that were a bit more complicated than usual, and I had a fantastic experience. The teller, Sarthak (Sid), was extremely patient, courteous, and professional. He really took the time to listen, recommended solutions, and even brought in the branch manager, Fabriana, for support and special approval.
