I advised both entities that I would be traveling outside of Canada told the bank taller and called my visa company phone told them the dates Both my Visa company and RBC Assure me that there wouldn’t be no problem with me traveling using my Visa. Both told me that using visa would be the best option for exchange rates Now I am stuck in a different country with no money….. but I do have money I just can’t use it Use the app for virtual assistance…. Arrogant staff, no one knows the process . Close it down if you cant service your customers.
This is the worst banking location I've ever been to. No one is helpful.
Front staff are always very accommodating.
