Worse service ever, after waiting 25mins in the line i was told that they wont be able to do my deposit because they are closing in 10min. Manager came in and started blaming me that why I am coming with this many deposit and they wont do because this is corporation money. When i requested him to do at list some deposit, he said he can refuse to do even single deposit. I feel humiliated and threatened in front of other people. he asked me to go to another bank.
There’s a reason why this branch has very bad reviews. I was lied to…. This branch is Disorganized, Wastes their clients time. And will pretend to help you with a smile on their face however you will find out later (in my case 3 months later) that I was never helped/serviced. I will be switching to Meridian/credit union which is known for their great service. This is not a joke… you’re dealing with peoples finances and livelihood, you must treat your job and clients seriously.
Opened an account and was told to bring in ONE valid piece of government ID. Drove into town and ended up having quite the argument with the teller saying I needed TWO pieces of ID. In the email and screenshot I have from doing the online process it even very clearly stated only ONE piece. RBC, get your story straight or you'll lose clients before you even get them.
