Young European teller at the front has zero customer service skills No greetings, doesn’t count the money out for you and just hands it to your hand and looks at you like you are stupid and goes on about his day. Lets just say buddy needs to find another job thats not customer orientated.

I opened a new account a short while ago. Miriam and Minaj attended to me. Miriam was patient, courteous and efficient. As I am not very computer literate she patiently showed me how to do electronic banking. She also processed a complicated international transaction for me. She did not rush me and she never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions which she answered willingly in an easy to understand manner. Her attitude towards me was helpful and patient with great communication. I look forward to banking with RBC.
I wanted to share my experience with RBC. Incompetent branch and service team gives you different information each time. I ordered a new card to pick up at the branch which is here. My card was ready to pick up based on a call on Jan 7th, came on the 9th to pick up and it wasn't there, then I called on the 15th of jan to confirm if it arrived.
