I'm very pleased with this bank. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. They patiently listened to all my questions and did everything they could to help. I haven't had a single problem that hasn't been resolved yet. All the employees are very helpful and friendly, but Tyler is a whole different story; he's amazing. I arrived 15 minutes before the bank closed to deposit my cheque and got a little disrespect from the bottom of my heart. The way the bank Teller treated me was the coldest, and i honestly dread going there again. I spoke up today so that her would not continue to treat other people who were in the same class as me.
