Multiple times they have restricted my account for weeks at a time due to someone else fraud treating you like a criminal. It's happened again and I keep getting the run around when I call their telebanking line. Now, while I am physically restricted due to a fall straining my ribs, abdomen and breaking a bone in my back I will have to hop on public transit to get to the branch to find out what fresh he'll RBCis imposing on me. Didn’t wait very long and staff was great I mean the bank cards could be better other then that no complaints with then
New employees are not trained properly, they have no knowledge of the laws around cashing government cheque's. Poor customer service and slow tellers. RBC used to be better than this.
I have had to deal with this branch on many occasions, and for a variety of banking matters. I have always found the staff very professional and friendly.
Too slow staff, long queues, management not concerned.
