I come to this branch very often and everyone is very friendly but I give 1 star just because one person only that she doesn't deserve to work along with the rest of great employees. This person called SHELLY is extremely Rude and unfriendly.
poor customer service, wait times too long, had to leave before getting service
May 25/26. Ritson Road N and Adelaide Ave E. Branch. Building looks cheap and unfinished inside. Not enough parking. Nobody at this location answers the phone. Calls go to a central location which is not convenient. Info given to me about opening a Savings account was incorrect. Given appt with Kell, an investment advisor, unfamiliar with promotion and unable to open a new account. Not impressed. When promotion over I will close this account.
Worst experience. Would give 0 stars. I am an rbc client and went there to deposit my sisters cheque who moved to US. They said they cannot do it. Stupid rules as all other banks do third party deposit.
