I'm very pleased with this bank. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. They patiently listened to all my questions and did everything they could to help. I haven't had a single problem that hasn't been resolved yet. All the employees are very helpful and friendly, but Tyler is a whole different story; he's amazing. I arrived 15 minutes before the bank closed to deposit my cheque and got a little disrespect from the bottom of my heart. The way the bank Teller treated me was the coldest, and i honestly dread going there again. I spoke up today so that her would not continue to treat other people who were in the same class as me. Cancel my ability to cash my checks without holding funds for no reason. 40 years with this bank and never done anything wrong. Always able to withdraw $1500.00. I cashed a check for around $5000.00 next day all checks to be held unless cashed in person, if not max $100.00 cashed withdraw and 10 days holding. Called, got told to go to bank, went to bank told sorry every 6 months a sweep of our accounts are done and at that time rcb decides how much you can have of your own money.
