Very slow , they take forever to service , they will two or 3 people in rush time to help . Not a great bank for everyday transactions
I had some issues in my online access to my account due to two transactions got flagged. I went to the bank speak with the teller Kate. She was very nice and helpful to my issue. Got me speaking with the branch manager. Manager had been extremely supportive and helpful to my situation. I got the issue resolved in the same day. Two thumbs up 🤗 for the staff. Norman Markham
Probably one of the slowest branches in the area. Two tellers for 1 customer, 1 teller for business and 1 a line of 8 people.
Shitty experience. The teller quoted some law that no one heard about. Depositing cheque into my cousin account. I was able to do exact same thing at 2 other banks. I inquired and its only for "cash". Not for cheques
