Absolutely avoid this RBC branch. There are RBC branches everywhere, so there is no reason to waste a single minute at this one unless you enjoy being treated with contempt. Very disappointing experience with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). My online banking was blocked after I tried to reset my password a few times. I understand security measures, but the real problem was the complete lack of proper support afterwards. For 10 days I had no access to my account.
