My experience with Royal Bank of Canada was disappointing. They didn’t have enough cash available for withdrawal, and it felt like a food service where you have to order money in advance. On the other hand, TD Bank is much better—they have never told me they don’t have enough cash, and withdrawals are always smooth.”

Absolutely avoid this RBC branch. There are RBC branches everywhere, so there is no reason to waste a single minute at this one unless you enjoy being treated with contempt.
