Unprofessional.
The tamil lady manager who works here has so much attitude and very rude. My mom can't see and isn't fluent in English she wanted to speak to someone who speaks Tamil and she told her to call customer service. The manager has an accent herself so I would think she came to canada later in life so why cant u help someone who needs translation. Rbc why hire ppl like this.
Good bank they do not deposit my one note
