The staff nice i put 5 star because the new guy Henry Liao helped me with my case thanks guys
Poor customer service, no wonder why branch is always empty. Worst experience. Bunch of unprofessional people running the branch
Came to this location June 11 2026 at 4.48pm, tried to use my card on atm but declined then realized the card was expired. I stood on line trying to get a replacement card. No one was on the line up area just me and 2 tellers were available and they just ignored me. I stood for 10 minutes and still no acknowledgment, I tried getting their attention by saying hi and Indian girl smiled and ignored me. Great job branch manager, you trained your employees well!!
