Came to this location June 11 2026 at 4.48pm, tried to use my card on atm but declined then realized the card was expired. I stood on line trying to get a replacement card. No one was on the line up area just me and 2 tellers were available and they just ignored me. I stood for 10 minutes and still no acknowledgment, I tried getting their attention by saying hi and Indian girl smiled and ignored me. Great job branch manager, you trained your employees well!!

They wouldn’t let me withdraw funds from my personal account without my bank card. I had a business bank card with me and ID and the teller refused. She told me I had to come back, or transfer personal funds to the business card and then I could withdrawn it. Teller refused to give me managers business card and told me I have to wait until she’s done with another client. Place is a joke and needs to be managed better

My experience with Royal Bank of Canada was disappointing. They didn’t have enough cash available for withdrawal, and it felt like a food service where you have to order money in advance. On the other hand, TD Bank is much better—they have never told me they don’t have enough cash, and withdrawals are always smooth.”
