Dylan was super cool, fast and helpful
The tellers were declining a certified check from a law firm as it was going to a 3rd party. Communicated numerous times it is from a law office and they were rude, condescending and dismissive, telling me a policy was enacted since January. Moreover, one teller named Kirsten asked me to leave when I kept repeating I would like to see the policy. Same problems. I had an important question regarding my currency exchange at this branch. Impossible to speak to a human - virtual assistant conveniently blocks access. Had to go online to get help and eventually spoke to someone who contacted the branch. Why frustrate loyal clients?
