Trash staff and management- simply just choose any other branch. This one’s a giant waste of space and a bunch of lazy staff and management

Been using the ATM of this branch for a while; it’s our first time visiting the teller, interacting with the customer service. Hubby’s debit card expired and we requested to have a new one. According to the staff (Sayid?), the new debit card has been mailed out to our address on file; unfortunately we told him that we didn’t receive it; he said it can be resent and will be received in 5-10 days.
