There is absolutely no worse feeling than being denied or asked additional requirements for basic services because you are a person of color. Over the last week I had been to 3 other RBC's and was able to deposit cash in person as I awaited my new client card, also note I was able to deposit cash at this RBC on August 2nd. However on August 5th when I arrived to deposit more cash I was instructed told a "new protocol" had been initiated and I needed to take a picture of my drivers license and myself in order for the deposit.... read more
I am new to this, but after reading the branch managers post. I have seen first hand how some customers treat the staff there. What most people don't/wont do is post about the appalling behavior of the small group of customers, who are rude or very disrespectful. I think they do amazing keep it up and don't let the haters tear you down, there are many more customers who respect you and appreciate you, then those who get mad when they don't get their way.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. (Appleby and Dundas). The tellers were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. There was no effort to assist or communicate respectfully. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and support, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the bank overall. If you’re looking for respectful, professional service, I suggest going elsewhere. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Awesome service provided by Akshay. He was patient and knowledgeable at the same time. Helped me with a draft in no time. The branch itself is not busy and looks well maintained. Definitely recommend banking here if u r RBC client. Thanks Akshay for an amazing experience. Cheers
