I have been a customer of RBC since I purchased a home over 20 years ago and have been a customer of this branch. While I have experienced really great service with RBC which I’ve shared with family and friends who are avid TD customers, I must say I am super disappointed with the degradation in service at this branch in recent years. My experience with RBC has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the support I received was far below expectations. It’s frustrating to deal with a bank that doesn’t seem to value its clients. I would not recommend RBC to anyone looking for reliable customer service. Staff is very helpful
I have been a customer of this branch for some time and have generally had very positive experiences, particularly with a very pleasant and kind senior staff member in customer service. Pathetic service. I had an appointment with Daniel Chen to open a business account. I was given a time and I made sure that I am available on time but Mr. Daniel was just not available and I was just waiting for 15mins but no show. Because of this attitude I made a call to skip the branch all together. RBC should think hard before hiring people who don't respect people's time.
