As most of the past 1 year of reviews, I would say that this Absolutly the WORST branch I have ever been in. The rudeness of the staff especially one lady there can’t remember her name and I think the person serving me today was Daniel or something else. It’s obvious that you guys have attitude problem, and by reading other reviews RBC HQ should be really concerned when customers leave bad reviews for a year and without any response back. Very very bad customer service, unprofessional, disrespectful
When I asked to open a TFSA, Mit interrupted me and told me that it takes “30 seconds” to open up one and that he wanted to book an appointment to make sure it was the right option for me (fair enough). I ended up having to book an appointment 2.5 weeks later. When I went to my appointment, he spent the whole hour talking about anything and everything other than the reason for my appointment. He began explaining the difference between big and large goals and then spent the time trying to upcharge me to change my credit card.... read more
Doesn't even spend the money fixing their drive thru pavement which causes my car to ditch and hit my front bumper. Also always understaffed and expect to wait in line for 15 mins
