There is a deep hole in the drive through, really hurt my car!
One of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve ever had at RBC. Lisa and Jasmine both helped me with moving some money around and from past experiences went beyond the usual service I’ve received in the branches.
I have been a customer of RBC since I purchased a home over 20 years ago and have been a customer of this branch. While I have experienced really great service with RBC which I’ve shared with family and friends who are avid TD customers, I must say I am super disappointed with the degradation in service at this branch in recent years. My experience with RBC has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the support I received was far below expectations. It’s frustrating to deal with a bank that doesn’t seem to value its clients. I would not recommend RBC to anyone looking for reliable customer service.
