I'm going to come right out and say it. You know how much it pisses us off when there's one wicket open, a lineup out the door and people laughing behind the desks bullshitting, and taking their sweet time while we're in line possibly in a rush. Yet no one comes to help? We just have to sit there and listen to your arbitrary conversation no one else cares to listen to? Contacted this branch directly about setting up an account under a Power of Attorney for a parent. Spent time on the call and explained the entire situation and was told that yes they can open an account under POA’s. During the call we discussed documents that would be needed. The first appointment available to open an account was almost 3 weeks away. Arrived at the appointment today and I was immediately told they can’t do it and whoever told me that must not know what they were talking about.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere in a long time. I was met promptly at my appointment time by Dominique Loren. Her professional demeanour and helpful understanding of my situation was a breath of fresh air. She listened intently to my situation and was very helpful. Thank you Dominique 10/10.
