It’s getting worse every year. At this rate, I think they’ll be closed in a couple of years.
This branch is forever the #1 worst RBC branch I've ever visited. Customer service is incredibly slow on the front lines and financial advisors never return emails/calls and deliberately blow off scheduled appointments. If it wasn't for this branch, I'd likely continue using RBC for my day to day banking needs.
Very slow terrible service. As usual. No improvment. Why clients hav to wait longtime. Nothing changed for years Unbelievable.
I don't go unless I need to go, which is more often then I want. I needed to set up my kids with their first accounts and debit cards. On 2 separate occasions 2 years apart, they messed it up. How?!?! This should be the simplest of tasks. But the cards either were set up wrong, didn't work, forms were not filed properly, cards were never sent. So I now have to go back and suffer their service again. And they do it with a smile. That's what passes me off more. Incompetence and ignorance.
