Benjamin K at the Mapleview branch should be highlighted for what amazing customer service he provides. I went in to open my son’s first savings account. Benjamin was polite, friendly, and answered all my questions. Having a baby at a bank appointment can be a little chaotic but Benjamin handled it with ease and made me feel comfortable and not rushed. Very bad experience From the reception itself they really don’t want to help.Instead of helping they were recommending me to go other branches. Better go to other branches don’t waste your time
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. The receptionist was not only rude but also displayed racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable. Worst branch ever!!!!
The customer service at this branch is impeccable. The staff are always kind and friendly.
