RBC is the worst bank in Canada. Mapleview Branch has the worst customer service. Not customer based at all. Just out to make money, not help customers. I would like to mention a name of manager Fariba she always misguide and always being rude to us. She was welcoming only one time when we were there to open an account. She never disclose us the type of accounts they have less monthly fee. I came to know after one year. Very arrogant behaviour with others advisors also. Worst Manager service ever in RBC ...
don't even open your account here misguided by Fariba unfortunately she is manager here and she doesn’t know how to give good plans to costumers. She never be supportive to us always make an excuses instead of go a relevant resolution of our problem.
Cannot get a hold of anyone at this branch. Got a hold of rbc main customer service and they also tried to get a hold of someone at the Mapleview Barrie Branch. Unfortunately after two tries they also hung up on me. Wow where did customer service go?????
