Fariba was truly amazing. She was caring and supported me from the moment I walked to the branch, she welcomed me, listened to my issue, brought me to her office and looked into the issue right away. I had visited other branches but nobody helped me and I was told I need an appointment. Fariba however helped me on the spot. Made the experience seamless. I appreciate her kindness
The worst customer service is Mr Ahsan Nawaz. It’s truly shocking.
