Have always had a good experience at this bank until recently. Do not ever deal with Tyrell Dodd. He pretends like he is helping you but leaves out extremely important information before having you sign your life over. Absolutely unprofessional, and a complete con. RBC you need to do better at either training your employees or hiring competent honest good people.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. I was a victim of online fraud while using this platform, and when I reached out for help, I was told they could not do anything to assist me. This is completely unacceptable. A bank should take responsibility for the security of its users and provide proper support in case of fraud.
