So I've been locked out of my account for 4 days now I have know idea why and not a single person at rbc will tell me why. They said I need to visit my branch. One of them said I have to go to my home branch to authenticate myself.. im in Alberta and my main branch is in Ontario. Im working in the middle of nowhere with no rbcs around. I haven't ate in a day and half. I've told them this and nobody from the royal bank teams seems to care. I pay to have my money stored at rbc and this is how im treated. The staff are friendly, patient, experienced and professional in their job. Great team behaviours also among them. Another staff member, Oyin gladly, efficiently and selflessly helped me today when her colleague was not available. I was not kept waiting for the particular staff except if I had chosen to do so.
Denis might be the best financial advisor I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Highly recommend!
