I honestly cannot believe how disrespectful and disorganized the service at RBC was. I applied for a business Digital Account online and completed all the required information. After submitting everything, the system told me I needed to either call or book an in-person appointment to continue the process. I called RBC first, and the representative informed me that I still had to physically attend a branch. Fine. I booked an appointment and came in as requested. A nice location with pleasant staff. Recently I was able to get an appointment with one of their advisor within a week. The advisor, Mrs Spring Zhao, was very helpful in answering all of my questions on RBC products and made the visit easy and enjoyable. Will be back in the future with more questions later :)
