I had a very disappointing experience at this RBC branch. The teller, Ms. Kim, showed extremely poor behaviour. This is the second time I approached her with a simple request, and she gave me a lot of bad eye looks. She seemed to avoid speaking and had no interest in understanding or finding the root cause of my issue. Seems like they prefer to avoid doing their job if possible. I wonder if they know there are other branches and other banks in this town!

There were many employees visible at the branch, but very few seemed to be assisting customers. Around 3 p.m. today, there were five staff members present, yet hardly anyone appeared to be serving clients. The tall white woman with bronze-colored hair spoke in an arrogant tone, talked over others, and didn’t listen to what the customer had to say.
