This Bank gets the medal for slowest tellers in Whitby, except for 1 male teller ( left corner)at the Rossland & Garden branch. A complete lack of regard for people standing in the line, you be there for 1-2 hours easily.

Very very poor customer service, all the tellers has no idea about what they are dealing, lack of knowledge, don't even know how to check transaction details and other details on profile. false information and false promise making is their only way of serving customers . Managers are also same, in any situation if you ask a manger they will neglect you and they will be unavailable on office hour.

I can't get to this location easily - buses and walking involved and I'm 80. RBC closed my local branch, this is the closest now. Not the branch's fault but would appreciate a late evening opening, even one day a month would help, so my daughter could drive me.

In the summer of 2024, my dad and my grandma would call the CRA because the CRA is trying to charge my granny too much for her taxes.
