I had an issue with my credit card not working, and Zera at the RBC branch went above and beyond to help me out. She was patient, professional, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. I came to this Rossland/Garden branch in Whitby to do a wire transfer for real estate closing. I had a tight deadline to work with and the young gentleman at the counter ( sorry, I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful. I went back later in the day to track the fund and the same gentleman spent a long time on the phone figuring out if the money has been released to the other bank. I am very grateful for his help.
I absolutely hate the Harwood and Kingston Road location, so I decided to try this branch instead and I was pleasantly surprised. Bryce helped me out and was quick, attentive, and had a great smile. The service here was smooth, friendly, and way better than what I’m used to. Highly recommend!
